Being Of Light

The Journey Into The Light

Unlike those who came into contact with the Being of Light in a Near Death Experience (NDE), I never had an NDE, and my search for the Being of Light was part of an inner spiritual quest in search of the true depths of my being and consciousness.   Therefore, unlike those who discovered the Being of Light by virtue of  an NDE, and who were totally unprepared for the experience, my own journey was not only the culmination of my own personal search, but I was able to spend extended periods of time in the presence of the Being of Light in what I call the Realm of Souls.   In fact, I previously documented my journey into the Light in an article entitled Coming Into The Light, which is basically written from a Judeo-Christian perspective.   

As one who was with Yeshua/Jesus in the beginning of our Common Era (see Brother of Yeshua), when Jesus spoke of the inner Kingdom (see Gate of Eden), and knowing the Truth that sets the disciple free from the error of this world, the Being of Light was not only an integral part of the equation, but represented one of the primary steps in picking up one's own cross and walking in TheWay.   Why?   Because the Being of Light is our true self -- i.e., our own pre-existent soul that is the product of all the experiences that we have ever had over the course of an uncountable number of lifetimes in the manner we are living at present, since the dawn of time as we understand it.   The ancients knew about the Being of Light, and it is for this reason that the second-century Church Father Clement of Alexandria said that it is  “…the greatest of all lessons to know one's self.  For if one knows himself, he will know God; and knowing God, he will be made like God… and that man becomes God, since God so wills” -- which is a concept of the utmost importance that is totally absent from Christianity and mainstream religion today.   

As detailed in part VI of the article Coming Into The Light which is entitled, Conversations with Jesus, I detail in my life as Jacob where Yeshua brought me into the presence of the Being of Light -- which was my own soul/higher self.   And like all people, each of us has a soul/higher self that does not have a physical body as we do here on earth -- is asexual, and is not of any race, religion of creed as in the case of mankind.   This fact is noted by the Jewish Mystics -- quoting from The Universal Jewish Encyclopedia, under the heading of Souls, Transmigration of: “The doctrine of transmigration of souls, which was especially accepted by the Karaites… is generally attacked by Jewish philosophers, but is defended by Isaac Abravanel and Manasseh ben Israel.  It appears often in Cabala; it is found in organized form in the Zohar, it is further developed in the teachings of Isaac Luria (1534-1572), and in Hasidism it becomes a universal belief.   According to these teachings, all human souls have a common origin in the spiritual unity of the primordial man, sparks of which form the individual souls... The sin of Adam brought higher and lower souls into confusion; as a result, every soul has to pass through a series of incarnations... The soul itself has no sex, which is determined by the body and may vary from incarnation to incarnation”.  Quoting directly from the Zohar: “All souls are subject to the trials of transmigration; and men do not know the designs of the Most High with regard to them… The souls must re-enter the absolute substance whence they have emerged.  But to accomplish this end they must develop all the perfections, the germ of which is planted in them; and if they have not fulfilled this condition during one life, they must commence another, a third, and so forth, until they have acquired the condition which fits them for reunion with God”.   

That the soul does not have a body with a gender and race in the manner that we do while here on earth -- and is a being of pure energy-consciousness -- is why we perceive our own soul to be a Being of Light.  Quoting the prologue of my forthcoming book entitled Reincarnation, The Key To Christianity:  

As I contemplated these extended realities of man that had been revealed to me in my inward journey of prayer and meditation, I found myself once again being drawn out of that life that I had lived as Jacob and into the present time.   I understood that the Being of Light in whose presence I had entered was in fact my own soul -- very much as the soul of the Master Jesus -- and yet very different because the soul of the Master Jesus was At-One with the Father.   Thus, the soul of the Master Jesus was a perfected soul, while my own soul was itself immersed in the stages of development that each and every soul must embrace and endure on the road to spiritual completion.   And as I was permitted to look into this realm that was the natural habitat of souls, I saw the souls of others -- and I realized that some of these Beings of Light were the souls of people I knew in this life.   And each soul not only appeared different as it presented itself to me, but actually impressed upon me a dissimilar and distinctive vibration that was the result of their own unique experiences across the spectrum of time as we know it.   And even though these souls did not have a physical body, as the people of this world are accustomed to seeing themselves, I knew the identity of each soul by the essence of their vibratory nature which through the process of the infusion of thought and mind, they intimately impressed within me when I came into their presence.  

Astoundingly, I realized that the souls of the people who would be considered my adversaries, antagonists, and even my enemies in this world, were very much my friends in this realm where the souls of all people dwelled.   I saw the souls of the people I knew as my mother, father, sister and brothers.   I saw the souls of my friends.   And it saddened me as I realized that our modern-day culture and manmade doctrines of belief had made the people who I shared my life with aliens to their own true selves!   Because of the limitations and restrictions our society and culture has placed upon them, the people I knew in this life neither knew who they were, and neither were they even prepared to begin to grasp the most elementary and basic understanding of themselves with respect to their own true reality.   In most instances, everything they cherished and pursued in their lives possessed very little meaning with respect to the reality of their soul and spiritual natures.  

As I gazed upon what had been presented to me in this extended vision of life, I understood why the Bible refers to the people who live in accordance with their human nature as being dead: “…For if you live according to your human nature, you are going to die”.   I also realized that because man’s true reality is beyond even their ability to imagine, and it was the very modern-day culture that they considered enlightened and good that in fact anchored them to the carnal nature that would ultimately bring about their own demise, in most instances there was little I could do that would help them unless they truly confronted the futility of their circumstances of life, and began to embrace a genuine change of heart and mind.  

In recognition of the fact that the scriptures are written in a code -- i.e., the language of the soul and spirit -- and that the sacred writings are written in this manner because truth is indeed stranger than fiction -- and because the ability to perceive and understand the reality of man’s extended natures requires the development of mind -- the absolute need to reveal the Mysteries of God one concept at a time in order to evolve the thinking of the disciple as they begin the transition from carnal, physical beings, into spiritually mature children of God, I began to understand the wisdom and genus of the holy men of the past who composed the Bible.   How could I even begin to convey a vision of man’s soul and spiritual reality to a people who were totally immersed and anchored to our materialistic/sensual three-dimensional cultural understanding of life that we embrace today?   They would immediately look upon me as a nut -- a deranged person who is unable to come to terms with the realities of life.   Psychologists and mental health practitioners routinely treat people who even begin to embrace the gateway thinking that opens the door to man’s higher reality.  

In our society today religion is often viewed as a necessary crutch for weak-minded people -- while genuine religion that requires strict adherence to biblical teachings and concepts is viewed as an abnormality.   Social workers and judges protect children from parents whose opinions are not in strict accord with our cultural thinking.   Churches reject what the Apostle calls the Mysteries of God as occultism and heresy.   Our system of public education totally destroys the very foundational fabric of mind that is necessary to nurture and develop, in order for children to become aware of their extended soul and spiritual realities.   Our music, television, and entertainment media strengthens the elements of mind that severs us from our own higher nature.  

Thus, I began to perceive my plight in the wisdom of the scriptures.   A saying attributed to Jesus that is difficult for us to ignore because it is not only quoted by Clement of Alexandria as an authentic teaching which is contained in the original Hebrew Gospel of Matthew, but is also found in the Oxyrhynchus Papyri discovered in the late nineteenth century, and is further found in the newly discovered Gospel of Thomas in the Nag Hammaddi Library, is these words: “He shall not cease from seeking until he finds, and having found, he will be amazed, and having been amazed will reign, and having reigned will rest”.   I found myself not only amazed, but in the realization that I could not share my knowledge with even my closest of friends and family, I fully understood the wisdom of the Apostle Paul when he warned the believers of the simple faith that the Mysteries of God would be perceived as “…foolishness to them, and they cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned” (1 Cor 2:14 NIV).   The problem was that there was very little substance in the lives of the average American that even remotely prepared them to embrace man’s true multidimensional reality.  

When Constantine killed and ravished the genuine people of The Way, and set up his shadow church which attempted to secularize and institutionalize the message of the Gospel, what he ultimately did was destroy the very essence of the teachings of the New Covenant.   Though what I was experiencing was foreign to our modern understanding of life which has evolved out of fourth-century church doctrine, my being permitted into these parallel realms that are indigenous to man’s soul and spiritual natures is well established in the Bible.   Thus, Paul writes: “Fourteen years ago I was taken up to heaven for a visit. Don’t ask me whether my body was there or just my spirit, for I don’t know; only God can answer that. But anyway, there I was in paradise, and heard things so astounding that they are beyond a man’s power to describe or put in words (and anyway I am not allowed to tell them to others)” (2 Cor 12:2-4 TLB).   If we are to even start to embrace man’s true potential of being, then it is important that we begin to entertain the wisdom of the scriptures when we are told that man’s own extended reality that he associates with his soul and spirit is “…beyond a man’s power to describe or put in words”.   Just as important is the idea that those who are permitted into these parallel realms are “…not allowed to tell… others” when they re-emerge back into this world!   Why?   Because man’s own extended reality and the Mysteries of God would be perceived as “…foolishness to them, and they cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned” (1 Cor 2:14 NIV).    What we fail to understand today is that when Jesus promised to enlighten his disciples to the Truth, an important part of this enlightenment was brought about through the elimination of the inner walls of division that separates man’s physical, soul and spiritual natures.  

And as I came into the presence of the soul who was my wife in this life, I saw and understood that she played a vital role in my success with respect to my pursuit of spiritual truths – a vital role that is for the most part overlooked by the majority of men and women in both the past and the present who have attempted to walk the spiritual path of life.   The soul, which is asexual, enters this life polarized to male or female.   In understanding that both my wife and I each brought important and vital elements into the relationship that enabled me to open the door to higher spiritual realization – i.e., to see and understand the great truths and realities of life that was beyond the comprehension of the majority of other people – was the result of a combination of factors that was present in my life.   And as I came into the presence of the soul of my wife, I immediately understood that we were spiritual travelers who had been together over the course of the ages in the manner that we perceive time.   As a woman, she possessed great intuitive powers of mind that were suppressed in the polarity of my own male nature -- and together, we brought together and merged necessary ingredients that permitted the development of higher consciousness in our lives.   Thus, once properly understood, it is seen that in the very pattern of Creation is manifest the necessary elements that must be embraced throughout every stage of the threefold birth that man must endure in order to enter into the Kingdom.   In the same way that a child is born into this world through the physical merging of the essence of man and woman, man himself enters the next stage of birth through the merging of the paradoxical opposites of mind that is preserved and represented in the polarity of man and woman.    True spiritual growth is accomplished when a man and woman are able to create within themselves a union of the soul -- as they embrace the higher reality of husband and wife in a genuine spiritual marriage where the two become One Flesh.

As the enormity of my experience began to take shape in my mind, I came to realize that the realm of the souls was a place of harmony -- i.e., what was opposites in the physical world did not exist in the realm of the souls.   In recognition of this great truth I began to realize the essence of the wisdom of the ancients with respect to their doctrine of the Two Great Powers of Creation that had to be negated within the life of the individual person.   I also realized that Marxism, Humanism, and the concept that man has the ability to build a utopia on earth, was in fact unknowingly molded by an innate knowledge of the realm of souls that was part of the psyche of every person -- i.e., because all division has been negated, the realm of souls is in fact the utopian world that is the true source of the visionary dreams of the more liberal and socialistic philosophers of this physical world.   Marx believed that mankind could live in a state of harmony, because this harmony is indigenous to the realm from which the souls of all men emanate.   Further, I understood that because carnal man is unable to embrace the harmony and brotherhood envisioned in the teachings of the New Testament, mankind has made himself an alien not only to the Word of God, but to the very utopian world where his own soul dwells.  

The picture of man’s higher reality that I was observing immediately conveyed to me the senselessness of man’s present-day human and philosophical struggles.   In the realm of souls, what present-day political philosophy considers left and right wing extremist thinking, exists in harmony and is married and merged into One Higher Reality.   Thus, popular Socialistic/Democratic liberal thought that is based upon a quasi-Humanistic philosophy, is in fact harmonized with traditional Conservative/Republican thought that is God Centered.   Once properly understood from the perspective of man’s true source of being, it is realized that both schools of thought are seen as natural expressions that are triggered by the innate soul-knowledge of the respective philosophical adherents -- and their divisive and conflicting states of parochial separation in this physical world actually inhibits the people’s perception of man’s own higher reality.   In the manner of male and female, genuine philosophy and religion can only be envisioned when the liberal/socialist left is made “one flesh” in a true marriage with its right wing conservative counterpart.  

In order for the left-leaning vision of utopia and the right-leaning search for the Kingdom to be realized, the left and right must be merged equally together, and the child of higher truth must be conceived, born and matured.   That those who are moderates -- i.e., being neither right nor left actually equates to standing for nothing -- and have been philosophically compared to the skunk in the middle of the road that gets run over, is also true of the majority of people who have been proverbially called “the great unwashed”.   Thus, the reality of life is that because modern man is unable to harmonize the world of opposites that were very clearly defined and understood by the ancients, man has in fact made himself a stranger to himself!   That the most essential merging of the opposites begins with the Genesis pattern of Creation in the husband and wife becoming One Flesh, is to man’s own demise a great truth that is generally ignored by those in search of the Mysteries of God.

As I gazed about me in this strange world that was the natural habitat of the Beings of Light, I could see that undeveloped souls were seen as flickering small lights -- other souls varied in intensity and shape in accordance with the experiences and development throughout what we call time.   And as I came into the presence of the Great Souls who had over the course of many lives evolved mentally and spiritually, I could easily begin to comprehend why there is such great variance in human potential and development.   In fact, it could easily be said that the Great Souls were like gods in comparison to the others -- and this was especially true of Jesus, the soul who had been my Master and Teacher in my first-century life as Jacob, and who was the very embodiment of Perfection and Godliness.   In this Soul was the total manifestation of the Light of the Father-God.  

And as I thought on these strange things I had witnessed, I began to understand that each soul is itself a vessel that manifests the level and quality of Light that they are able to contain.   At the dawn of what we call Creation, each soul came into being as they inherited the spark of Divinity that made them the Offspring of the One God.   The problem was that while they were created in the image of God, they did not share in His Likeness.   Thus, this physical world can be compared to a school for souls where each of us grows and matures through our many failures and accomplishments.   The problem is that the wisdom of the ancients was correct -- i.e., we dwell in a realm of opposites -- and we can only overcome the trials of life when we merge these opposites into a harmonious union and marriage where the child of Truth is born within us.

I saw that in the realm of the souls, which was a world of higher reality, there was a common brotherhood that was the result of the realization that all were of the One Essence.   There were no men and women, because the souls of all beings existed in the harmonic balance of what we call the polarity of the sexes.   Thus, even though the soul of my wife was not female, her soul was very much my companion in this and all other worlds that we had traveled together over the course of our growth and development.   Further, in this realm of the souls there was no division of races -- i.e., there were no white, black, yellow, red or brown souls.   I realized that the soul could be envisioned as a vessel which accumulated Light (the essence of vital life-force that is our inheritance from God) in accordance with each soul’s development over the course of its experiences of life in the physical world where carnal men and women dwell.   In the same way that an infant is destined to grow and develop into a mature man or woman, the soul is destined to grow and develop into a mature Being of Light.   Thus, I saw that what we perceive to be an accident -- a chance encounter with fate -- or even the luck of the draw -- has been orchestrated and set in motion by a series of natural organic laws that control every aspect of the lives we live on the face of the earth.   Moreover, the freedom that we think we have, is little more than the illusion of freedom.   Ultimately, this means that everything in the life that man lives in the physical world has a reason and purpose beyond his carnal understanding -- a reason and purpose that moves him in accordance with the Destiny and Divine Plan of Creation.

Perhaps the great flaw in the fundamentalist perception of the written word is seen in the fact that, in the same way that man is multidimensional, so too is the written word of the scriptures.   Where on one level the parables and teachings of the Bible portray our relationship to our soul, these same parables portray our soul’s relationship to our own spiritual nature -- and again portray our physical/soul/spiritual relationship to the Son of God and the Kingdom of our Heavenly Father.   Thus, the Bible is a Universal Oracle of Truth that is itself a multidimensional writing that once properly understood, is the Guide for those of us who pursue the journey of The Way on our return as the Prodigal Sons into the Kingdom of the Light.   Those men and women whose consciousness is carnal, see only the words that are used to clothe the soul and spirit.   Those dedicated believers who are in search of the Truth, and are willing to open their minds to man’s innate higher reality, are able to look beyond the mere words as they receive the impressions of the soul.   While only those who have overcome their carnal natures, and have themselves become Spiritual, are able to receive the Whole of the Revelation directly from the Teacher who Instructs all Disciples of the Light who become Consecrated into the True Teachings of The Way.   Thus, the purpose of the churches in this world is to act as portals through which the people of the simple faith enter into the beginning of The Way.   The True Church is One -- it can never be defiled by the forces of darkness that pervade this world -- and in the same way that the Kingdom is within us (Luke 17:20-21), the One True Church can only be entered by those who walk in The Way.

Perhaps one of the greatest flaws in the vision of both the believer and non-believer skeptic, is seen when we attempt to read our perception of time into the scriptures.   The present-day concept of the Bible as an historical writing is in fact totally foreign to the true nature of the text.   In order to successfully make use of the New Testament scriptures, one must begin the endeavor by totally eliminating the concept of time, and embrace the writings wholly in the present.   What are the ramifications?   In the same way that the carnally minded listeners at the time Jesus spoke to the people only heard the words, so too do the carnally minded readers only perceive the written words of the scriptures.   Again, as it was in the past, it remains true today -- i.e., those who have been cleansed from the defilements of this world, and have begun to seek the Lord in Spirit and Truth, have begun to open the door to their indwelling soul and spiritual natures, and themselves are able to perceive the soul of the scriptures.   Lastly, those who have made themselves genuine disciples of the Lord, are able to transcend the three-dimensional barrier of this world, and are able to learn in the Presence of the One Teacher that has been Ordained by the Father as the only True Source of Knowledge.   Thus, the genuine believer and disciple comes to understand the absolute timelessness and validity of the Master’s words when He promised the faithful flock: “If you abide in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:31-32 NAS).  

Contrary to modern fundamentalist thought, the Bible is not the Word of God in the manner of a final revelation in the manner that we think -- but rather, the Bible is the guidebook that brings the Consecrated seeker of Truth into the Presence of the Living Word.   That the Bible and all such scriptural writings are sacred is true -- but the purpose of these sacred writings is not to teach man what to believe -- but rather, to instruct man on what he must do in order to bridge the three-dimensional barrier of this physical world, and learn directly from the One Teacher of Light.   Thus, when I was in the Presence of the Light I realized that the original teachings of The Way was a series of spiritual rituals, disciplines and preparatory instructions that enabled the truly sincere disciple to develop their embryonic mind to the level where it could be nourished directly from the Light of the Father.   And when Constantine and his (Christian) Church killed the genuine people of The Way in the fourth century -- altered the written word of the scriptures to make them support an institutionalized shadow church -- and converted the empire to the very Pagan religion of the emperor -- the world was plunged into a state of darkness from which it has yet to emerge from.

In truth, the Bible has absolutely nothing to do with history -- but rather, is a book about the life with respect to the past, present and ultimate personal reality of each and every individual person who reads it.   That each of us is a great deal more than the image we see reflected in the mirror -- that each of us is the embryonic image of our own pre-existing soul and spiritual nature -- and that each of us is personally portrayed throughout every page of the scriptures -- is the reality that we must come to terms with in our search for the meaning and purpose of the life we are presently living.

Where Christians today worship Jesus -- even though he said that he was a man who was in Union with God (see Ebionite HomePage), is worshiping the pattern without imitation of the life of Messiah/Christ, modern Christians have alienated themselves from the knowledge of the Being of Light as well as the Kingdom within.   In the imitation of Messiah/Christ we are commanded to pick up our own cross and follow in the Masters footsteps -- i.e.,  "Then He said to them all, If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and is himself destroyed or lost? For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words, of him the Son of Man will be ashamed when He comes in His own glory, and in His Father's, and of the holy angels. But I tell you truly, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the kingdom of God" (Luke 9:23-27 NKJ).   
What Jesus is speaking of is attaining to the next level of the threefold birth.   That there is a Divine Pattern to all of Creation, and all that exists, exists in a threefold nature and form which we perceive as active (male), reflective (female), and offspring (balance), is the reality that every disciple in search of self and God must come to terms with.   And because all three natures (physical, soul/mental and spiritual) hold within themselves the pattern of the whole which like the DNA of our Creator-God is replicated throughout all that exists, the scriptures are a sacred allegory that are written to be true on all levels of birth into the next realm.   And it is this reality that is the basis of St. Gregory's words in his treaties on The Soul and the Resurrection, where he writes that “...the Resurrection is no other thing than 'the re-constitution of our nature in its original form’”, and states that there will come a time “…when the complete whole of our race shall have been perfected from the first man to the last”.   Is this any different that Clements words that "...man becomes God, since God so wills”?   Or the pattern of the return to our Creator-God as portrayed in the parable of the prodigal son?  Which in essence is no different than the journey of the soul as portrayed in the Zohar, which is the central writing of Jewish Mysticism, where is states: “All souls are subject to the trials of transmigration; and men do not know the designs of the Most High with regard to them… The souls must re-enter the absolute substance whence they have emerged.  But to accomplish this end they must develop all the perfections, the germ of which is planted in them; and if they have not fulfilled this condition during one life, they must commence another, a third, and so forth, until they have acquired the condition which fits them for reunion with God”.  

We don't remember these past incarnations, because it can be said that most people don't reincarnate.   The reality of man’s plight in this world is that he is an embryonic image of his pre-existent soul that has entered into this realm in order to perfect those laws and elements that he must overcome.   And what is our pre-existent soul?   It is the Being of Light in whose presence many have come in the NDE.   In the same way that a fetus is an embryonic copy of its parents, our mind is an embryonic image of our soul.   In the same way a fetus must grow and mature in accordance with the pattern of its parents, our mind must grow and mature in the pattern of our soul.   When our mind grows in the culture of the world, and becomes alienated from our soul through carnal perceptions of life and the adherence to manmade beliefs, then our life becomes synonymous with the miscarriage of a fetus whose defect fails to develop it in accordance with its physical genetic pattern -- and it is this lost reality that Jesus makes reference to when he warns that the vast majority of people walk the broad-way of self destruction (see Gate of Eden). 

That different men and women each possess a vast amount of greatly differing and sometimes unique abilities, is due to the past accomplishments of their pre-extent soul.   Because each man-woman is an embryonic image, a number of really important paradoxes are invoked in their life -- i.e., in one sense, that unique man-woman has never lived prior to that life -- and because he-she is an image of his-her soul-spiritual natures, he-she can only become real if he-she is able to develop through the next stages of soul-birth, spiritual-birth, and ultimately re-enter the Kingdom of God from which the source of man’s being originally emerged at the beginning of Creation.   In this respect, because we cling to an anti-biblical quasi-Darwinist philosophy, there are whole dimensions of New Covenant theology that are no longer understood in our modern day with respect to the absolute need for each of us to be born again (see Spiritual Rebirth vs Church Doctrine).

Everything in this world is a symbol and form of higher reality.   What that means is that if we study and investigate the organic patterns that are present in our lives, we can begin to discern higher truth because we are literally immersed in the Divine Pattern of Creation.   In the same way that a woman is born with all the eggs she will ever have -- and only those eggs which become fertilized and are born into this life will ever become an actual person, we exist in a similar fashion on the Divine scheme of reality.   We have the potential to become spiritually fertilized and be born into the Life that Jesus declared was the promise of the New Covenant, but unless we are ready to mature and leave the womb of Mother Earth, and be born again in the reality of our soul and spiritual natures, we cannot then emerge into the True Life in the Kingdom after our time in this realm has expired.   We will not go to Glory -- neither will we be with the Lord -- and this miscarriage of life from a soul and spiritual perspective has the capacity to embrace all of the after death realities that man has envisioned -- i.e., some have called the absence of reality, hell.  

Who is the Being of Light?   One of the more straightforward presentations of the identity of the Being of Light is found in the 84th saying of the Gospel of Thomas where it is written: (84) Jesus said, "When you see your likeness, you rejoice. But when you see your images which came into being before you, and which neither die nor become manifest, how much you will have to bear!"

Because the Church has literally thrown away the Key of Knowledge, and limited their thinking to the very carnal doctrines of the Roman Emperors who dictated the acceptable beliefs of the Church, there is no possible way for them to interpret the above saying.   What is their Likeness?   What are images which came into being before them?   If the reasoning of the Emperor Justinian is correct when he condemned the Church Father Origen -- and we began our existence at conception and birth -- then what image of us could have existed before us?   The reality of man’s plight in this world is that he is an embryonic image of his pre-existent soul that has entered into this realm in order to perfect those laws and elements that he must overcome.   In the same way that a fetus is an embryonic copy of its parents, our mind is an embryonic image of our soul.  

In the above teaching in the Gospel of Thomas, your likeness that you rejoice when you see, is your soul which has existed since the beginning of time.   The images which came into existence before you, are the previous lives your soul has lived prior to the incarnation which you are living at the present.   These images which represent lifetimes in the manner that we are presently living, are alien to the soul because they have gone in the ways of this world which Jesus portrayed as the broad-way of self-destruction -- and can be compared to miscarriages with respect to the next level of birth which is the paramount theme of the Bible.   In becoming part of the culture of the time in which they lived, and not living in accordance with the scriptures and the Royal Law of God, they possessed no valid spiritual substance, and therefore remain failed attempts of the soul to manifest itself in the Kingdom.   Thus, the words that they "...neither die nor become manifest".    And while modern Christians will immediately reject the teaching of the pre-existent soul that evolves to perfection (Mt. 5:48) over the course of many lifetimes, the facts of the matter is that you can't even walk in TheWay and be a disciple of Jesus without the understanding that the soul evolves through more than one lifetime (see The Unanswerable Question).  

In the symbology of this world, these previous images can be compared to the eggs of a woman that possess the potential to be a person -- but having never developed into a mature fetus, were never physically born into this world.   What this means is that we all have the potential to be born into the Kingdom -- and the seeker of Truth and Light who has received the testimony of the Word can be likened to those eggs of a woman that has been fertilized -- but whether we are actually born into the Kingdom will depend upon our ability to embrace the Word in its absolute fullness.

The modern believer will of course oppose such a reality, saying that Jesus came to save those who are lost.   Yet, it was the Lord himself who warned: “But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living” (Matt 22:31-32 KJV).   Thus, those who are worthy of the resurrection are those who follow in the footsteps of the Lord along The Way.   What this means is that, in the same way that the developing  fetus has the potential to be born into this physical world, we have the potential to be born into what Jesus called the Kingdom.  The images that are noted in the Gospel of Thomas that Jesus states “neither die nor are manifested”, having failed to develop and mature, never attain the second birth spoken about in the third chapter of John that Christians widely quote today.   Do these lost images go to Glory, as Christians believe?  No!   Do they reincarnate?   Again the answer is no!   Being temporal and of the world, they remain as little more than an experience from a soul perspective.

Admittedly, these biblical and historical facts can only begin to make sense when we perceive the reality of our pre-existent soul and the foundation of New Covenant teachings with regard to the Kingdom coming within the mind and being of the disciple.   In two important recent Christian archeological discoveries known as the Oxyrhynchus Papyri and the Gospel of Thomas, we can see an essential teaching that Constantine removed from the Bible which Jesus conveyed to those who asked him about the coming of the Kingdom: “When the Lord was asked by a certain man, when should his kingdom come, he said unto him, when two shall be one and the without as the within, and the male with the female, neither male nor female”.   That this is an authentic saying of the Lord which was at one time in our scriptures is affirmed by St. Clement, the disciple of Peter, in his The Second Epistle of Clement where he writes: “Let us expect, therefore, hour by hour, the kingdom of God in love and righteousness, since we know not the day of the appearing of God. For the Lord Himself, being asked by one when His kingdom would come, replied, 'When two shall be one, that which is without as that which is within, and the male with the female, neither male nor female’”.   What these important teachings convey is the reality of an inner Armageddon, and the spiritual birth of the disciple in the Kingdom within.

These strange sounding words are so very crucial for the modern Christian to understand, that no amount of words can possibly do them justice with respect to their immense importance.   The great fact is that in these words is the essence of what the Bible calls the Key of Knowledge.   What they convey to us is the Divine Pattern -- i.e., in the same way that each of us came into being through the intermingling of the polar opposites (male and female) of our physical parents, the disciple is born into the next world by the merger of the paradoxical opposites within his own mind and being.   Thus, where in the expression of the sexes each of us already moves within the forces of Creation throughout every aspect of our lives, now we only have to learn to apply this knowledge to make the two one, the inner and the outer the same, merge the feminine and masculine powers, and thereby open the gate that Jesus spoke of as existing within our own selves.

As spiritual beings, we dwell in these bodily vessels of flesh for a reason and purpose -- and if we fail to take advantage of the opportunity of the life we are presently living, from the perspective of our soul it will be an opportunity that has been squandered and lost.   Not to recognize this great truth is to diminish the very purpose and design of life itself.

In an honest appraisal of the scriptures the Rev. Charles Spurgeon wrote in his autobiography: “The system of truth revealed in the Scriptures is not simply one straight line, but two; and no man will ever get a right view of the gospel until he knows how to look at the two lines at once.... Two truths cannot be contradictory to each other... and it is only my folly that leads me to imagine that these two truths can ever contradict each other” (Charles H. Spurgeon, Autobiography Vol. 1: The Early Years. pp. 173, 174).   In this respect the Rev. Spurgeon is correct when he states that there are two lines of truth, and because the majority of mankind -- the people the Apostle Paul refers to as “natural” (1 Cor 1,2,3) -- do not possess a genuine spiritual essence that is manifest in their lives, it is the application of the one line of truth contained in the scriptures where the Lord taught that they will be forever cut off (Matt 25:46) which will come to pass, and it is this line that becomes the only reality that can be applied to them.    When Jesus said of the masses of people: “let the dead bury their dead” (Matt 8:22 KJV) -- those who he spoke of as dead, inherit the fate of this one line of truth, and not the other.  

The problem is that carnal man has altered the gospel message in order to make it acceptable to his manner of thinking (see The Orthodox Corruption Of The Scriptures).   Those who Jesus called dead, have edited the scriptures to make them compatible with their (dead) manner of thinking -- and having found fault with the words of Jesus, demanded that he change the rules in accordance with their very carnal perception of life and Creation.   The dead (Christians) have replied to Jesus: We demand that God repent, and embrace an all-inclusive perception of the Word.   We want to live and enjoy the things of this world, and still be saved and go to heaven when we die!   So they made Jesus a god, and changed the requirements to calling upon and worshiping the Name of the Lord -- instead of the imitation of Messiah/Christ.   Yet, what they fail to realize is that in the manner of an egg that has never been fertilized, from the perspective of the soul’s reality these images are very much already dead.   Why? In their manner of thinking and lifestyle, they have already locked themselves out of the Kingdom.   The result is that their physical death is just the final step which has been brought about when they failed to embrace the opportunity of Life that God has bestowed upon all men.  

From the modern Christian perspective we can reason that it would be cruel if all those possibilities of life that exist in the form of an egg in the ovaries of a woman are never given the opportunity of life?   Isn’t this the exact teaching of the modern Roman Catholic Church which bans birth control, and even male masturbation, because these acts constitute the denial of life?   Wouldn’t a truly compassionate God desire every potential person to be born, live their lives, and eventually take their place in the Kingdom?   In the same way that a woman has tens of thousands of eggs that possess the potential to be born as a person, and yet the opportunity of physical life is only given to the very few, the same is true with respect to man’s birth into the Kingdom.   Therefore, if anyone is cruel, it is the pseudo-priests and the philosophers of this world whose false doctrines and teachings rob the person of the life of its soul.  Thus the words of Jesus: “Yes, woe upon you hypocrites. For you go to all lengths to make one convert, and then turn him into twice the son of hell you are yourselves” (Matt 23:15 TLB).

Contrary to modern liberal all-inclusive Christian doctrine, those who Jesus said are dead men walking, cannot be brought to life merely because the inevitable happens and they physically die.   When James (Jacob), the brother of Yeshua/Jesus and first leader of the Jerusalem Congregation spoke of receiving the Word of God, he did not speak of it as something which was written in the scriptures or preached by men: "Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you" (James 1:21 NIV).  What is James saying to us?  That the Word of God is planted in us, and if we rid ourselves of all "...moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent" among the masses of people, this indwelling Word "...can save you"! 

In the article on the Sower and the Seed (see Sower) we see Jesus' teaching on who would be the acceptable people of God.  Once again we see this same important message in his words: "The sower sows the word. And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts" (Mark 4:14-15 NKJ).  Thus, what we are presented with is the teaching that the Word of God has been planted within us, and the genuine disciples of Jesus are those who live in such a manner that they become the "good ground" which permits the Word to multiply a hundredfold from what was received.  More importantly, though, is the constant assertion that the Word of God exists in our hearts, and it is the manner in which we live the permits the Word to manifest in our life.

Throughout the scriptures there is a constant assertion that we must enter through a door -- but what is the meaning?  "Then one said to Him, Lord, are there few who are saved? And He said to them, Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able. When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, 'Lord, Lord, open for us,' and He will answer and say to you, 'I do not know you, where you are from,' then you will begin to say, 'We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.' But He will say, 'I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity'" (Luke 13:23-27 NKJ).  What both the majority of Jews and Christians fail to realize is that the door is within us, and is shut when we physically die.  Thus, the door which Jesus speaks of must be opened and entered while we are still alive in the physical body.

One only has to open the pages of the Bible to see that the whole of the New Testament teachings is concerned with ethics, morality, and the manner in which each of us treats our brothers and sisters.   The requirement is that we must not judge -- we must turn the other cheek -- we must forgive our enemies -- we must never return evil for evil, but do good to those who persecute us.  In the timeframe of when the New Testament was written, the Pharisees were the Jewish sect who attempted to live the Word of God continually throughout every aspect of their lives.  Yet, the followers of Jesus are told that they must be more righteous than the Pharisees (Mt 6:20) -- and Jesus teaches that those who desire to be his disciples must be perfect, as our Heavenly Father is perfect (Mt 5:48).  This state of perfection is referred to as the fulfillment of the Royal Law of God, and is measured not only in our desire to dwell in the Truth and the Light, but also in our forgiveness, acceptance and love of our fellow man regardless of how our brothers and sisters treat us.   From a New Covenant perspective, whatever is divisive, and not in accord with the Royal Law, is of this world, and is an obstacle to our birth into the Kingdom.   It is from this perspective that the requirement in the Book of the Revelation is set before us in the words: “Nothing impure will ever enter it, nor will anyone who does what is shameful or deceitful” (Rev 21:27 NIV).   This same truth was expressed by Isaiah where it is written: “And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will not go about on it” (Isa 35:8 NIV).  And this same truth is expressed in the words of Jesus when he warned: “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it” (Matt 7:13-14 NIV).  

The problem is that the people who are sense-bound and controlled by the elemental things of this world, do not even comprehend that there is a door within them through which each of us must pass in order to escape this world which is referred to by Jesus as the "outer darkness."  This great truth is especially seen in the parable of the wedding feast where a man was found without a wedding garment: "So he said to him, 'Friend, how did you come in here without a wedding garment?' And he was speechless. Then the king said to the servants, 'Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' For many are called, but few are chosen" (Matt 22:12-14 NKJ). 

The wedding garment indicates a manner of living and thinking that permits the Holy Spirit to enter and sanctify.  The feast is on the other side of the inner door within us.  This world is the "outer darkness" that is ruled over by the god of this realm.  Understanding that it is our lower beastly nature that inhibits our entrance into the Kingdom, the Apostle Paul commanded the followers of Jesus to “Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature” (Col 3:5 NIV).  

How can Christians who claim to adhere to biblical teachings hold fast to the doctrine that believers are saved by faith apart from actions, when they are commanded to "put to death... their earthly natures"?  From a human perspective, this could very well be seen as the epitome of required works -- that is, if you lack the knowledge that Jesus taught his disciples who were worthy to receive the Mysteries of God.   What we fail to realize is the fact that the Apostle was speaking from the vision of man's higher reality -- i.e., the works of the Sadducees and Pharisees could not open the inner door to the Kingdom!  This was true.  But if one lives a life as that prescribed by Jesus, and seeks the Word of God within themselves, then it would be their faith in the Son of God that will save them.  If, on the other hand, they are unwilling to live in accordance with New Covenant teachings, then they could not rightfully even be called a believer.   After all, the Brother of Jesus warned us that "faith without works is dead"!

This same thought that we must overcome the desires of our earthly natures, is fundamentally the essence of what Paul attempted to express in his Epistles to the Romans and Galatians.   “For in my inner being I delight in God’s law”, writes Paul, “but I see another law at work in the members of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within my members” (Rom 7:22-23 NIV).   What Paul was conveying to us is that those who pick up their own cross and follow Messiah Jesus into the Kingdom are the recipients of God’s grace, and are able to enter into Life.   What this means is that, unless you have followed Jesus into the Kingdom, then you are still possessed by the works of the flesh that obstruct your walk with the Lord -- and as such, the Apostles states that you are spiritually immature.   From the perspective of Paul’s Epistles, life only exists in the Kingdom -- everything outside the Kingdom is death, and belongs to the god of this world.  

The Old Covenant, then, is indicative of that condition when man either learns about God from the written word, or from other men.  It has nothing to do with believing in Jesus, if one is not willing to do what Jesus Commanded: "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'" (Matt 7:21-23 NKJ).  

We can again see this same message in the words of Jesus when he warned: "Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and do not do what I say? I will show you what he is like who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice. He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock. When a flood came, the torrent struck that house but could not shake it, because it was well built. But the one who hears my words and does not put them into practice is like a man who built a house on the ground without a foundation. The moment the torrent struck that house, it collapsed and its destruction was complete" (Luke 6:46-49 NIV).  

When it is realized that Jesus consistently taught about the inner Kingdom, we can then begin to get a sense of his words: "I will show you what he is like who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice. He is like a man building a house, who dug down deep and laid the foundation on rock."  That rock is the inner Kingdom that we must uncover deep within ourselves.  Whereas, the person who builds a "...house on the ground without a foundation", is one who attempts to build their house on the doctrines, traditions and carnal thinking of men.  Those who put Jesus' words into practice, and seek to walk in the "narrow path" that leads to the inner door of the Kingdom, do not need either the written word, a church or synagogue of this world, or the preaching of other men which is all indicative of the Old Covenant -- because having gained access to the indwelling Kingdom, they learn directly from the Lord.

Again, it is impossible for us to comprehend this greater reality until we begin to understand ourselves as an embryonic image of our pre-existent soul who must be born into the next reality of the threefold birth.   In the same way that each egg that is released into a woman’s womb is equally living -- equally possess the potential for life -- it is only those eggs that are fertilized, and grow to maturity, that enter into this life as we know it.   In the manner of an egg with respect to the next stage of birth, even though these people walk among us, the Bible, which is written from a soul-spiritual perspective, correctly views these people as being dead -- and in the manner of the unfertilized egg that is eventually expelled from the woman’s womb, those who are dead because they were never fertilized, and never evolved through the process of soul and spiritual development, cannot be born outside of the womb of this world, and neither can they be given the opportunity to again enter into this life (reincarnate) in the manner envisioned by those who believe in the doctrine of reincarnation.

What this means is that both the traditional Christian belief that they will go to Glory without having fulfilled the spiritual requirements as set forth in the Bible, as well as those who believe in the doctrine of reincarnation, are equally wrong -- though there are varying degrees of truth to each of their beliefs when properly understood from a higher perspective.  

If natural man could envision the Mysteries of God which the Apostle states is beyond carnal man's comprehension and ability to perceive in his natural state of being -- i.e., the revelation of the mysteries that are veiled by the seals which the Prophet Isaiah declared was beyond the vision of the people -- what natural man would learn is this great profound truth that is totally in conflict with our modern-day quasi-Darwinist mindset: Only those people who are themselves in harmony with their pre-existent soul -- Disciples of the Light that are of a true spiritual essence -- inherit the other line of truth, and are given the opportunity to reincarnate in the endeavor to serve and grow in the Grace of the Gospel.   The majority of people do not go to Glory in the Kingdom, and neither do they reincarnate in accordance with the common understanding of the term, because in the manner of an unfertilized egg, they being incomplete, there is no life in them that is of a genuine essence, and they are therefore said to be dead from a scriptural and spiritual perspective.   With respect to this next stage of birth Jesus said: “But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments” (Matt 19:17 NKJ).   It is not that God judges man with respect to his ability to live in accordance with a set of laws and rules -- but rather, it is in the living and keeping of the commandments that brings about the necessary growth with respect to the next stage of birth.   The problem is very simple: Those who keep the commandments become fertilized with the essence of their spiritual nature -- those who live in accordance with this world make themselves temporal, and deprive themselves of Life.

We can perhaps only begin to envision the reality of our plight in this world if we take a moment to shift our perception of what we see.   If our soul existed prior to our birth in this present life, then the being we truly are can only be found in the essence of our inner-self, and NOT what our culture has molded us into.   The more we embrace the culture and mindset of this world, and permit ourselves to become alienated from our indwelling pre-extent soul and spirit, the more counterfeit we become.   To what degree, then, we are alive from a spiritual perspective, is directly related to what degree we reflect our soul -- i.e., the Being of Light which is the being that we truly are before entering into this present life.

What the modern Christian must begin to understand is that it is not that their doctrines of faith is necessarily wrong -- but rather, incomplete -- and it is for this reason why Paul calls the testimony of Christ the “milk”.   In order to develop into a state of spiritual maturity we must recognize that great wisdom of the Apostle Paul when he wrote throughout his Epistles that it is impossible for the carnal mind of man to comprehend the Mysteries of God -- and that man must himself become spiritual, in order to receive the Spiritual Gospel of Christ.   What he is proclaiming to us is the absolute need for us to be born into the next stage of (soul/spirit) development.   Thus, we must become nourished by the milk of the simple faith as we mature enough to receive the solid meat of the Mysteries of God that can only be received via man’s spiritual nature.

With respect to the doctrine of reincarnation, there are people in the world today of whom it can be said in the true sense of the word that they have been reincarnated.   This is true because they have in their present life manifested the genuine essence of their pre-existent soul -- and from the perspective of their innate spiritual nature, they are to varying degrees alive -- i.e., they reflect their true self which is the Being of Light.   I use the term varying degree, because the process of manifesting our true nature and self is not necessarily a yes or no reality -- but rather, must be understood as a gradual process of growth and maturity.  

In the same way that a fully developed man or woman is not born after the egg is fertilized in their mother’s womb, neither is a person born spiritually by virtue of their philosophical association with a very carnal perception of the Gospel message.   In the same way that a physical man or woman had to evolve through every stage of development from a fertilized embryo -- fetus -- newborn -- infant -- toddler -- child -- adolescent -- young adult -- in order to take their place as a mature man or woman, the soul who is able to stand in the presence of God as a mature and fully formed spiritual being has evolved through every level of spiritual development.   That we today do not understand the process with regard to what is required to bring this condition of maturity and perfection about in our lives at present, is not the fault of God.   It is well defined in the Bible, we just chose to ignore what is written -- which in part was brought about when the Roman Church threw away the Key of Knowledge, and killed the genuine congregation of the New Covenant (see The Death Of The Religion Of Jesus).   Thus, mankind has brought this state of unknowing upon himself!

Because we embrace the doctrines of Pagan Rome, which is found embodied in a quasi-Darwinist vision of nature, we are unable to grasp the true New Covenant process of spiritual development because we fail to comprehend that our soul has existed since the very beginning of time.   In not understanding our true spiritual nature, we fail to perceive that the measure of how real and genuine we are, can only be envisioned in our relationship to our pre-existent soul which is the Being of Light -- i.e., whether it can be said of us that we are alive from a biblical/spiritual perspective.

In the case of the majority of the people who are driven by their carnal nature, the idea that is championed by modern New Age believers who falsely assert that they have reincarnated merely because they possess the spiritual genetics of their soul, and have the appearance of having lived before, this teaching is fundamentally a flawed doctrine of belief.   While it is true that many people have developed the ability through a number of different means to detect the lifetimes that their soul has previously lived, if the person we are at present is bound by the culture and thinking of this world, rather than a reflection of our soul, then there is nothing of any real substance that will survive death.   In like manner, even though it appears that we survive death from the perspective of those who are revived after a Near Death Experience (NDE), this in like manner is only a partial truth.   What should be truly troubling to the person of faith is the fact that from a soul perspective, neither is the Atheist totally wrong in his assertion that the people of this world do not survive death -- and this belief can also be found in the Bible.

With respect to the New Age believer who learns to use age-regression techniques to view what they call their past lives, this would be synonymous with our saying that we see our own selves in the lives of our physical brothers and sisters.   While the offspring of the same parents share the same genetics as their siblings, it is true that each child is unique to it’s own self.   Therefore, what the New Age adherent sees when he learns to view what he believes to be his past lives, is in fact other images of his pre-existent soul that came into being in the manner of his physical brothers and sisters.   Again, in order to even begin to understand the essence of life, we must learn to embrace the paradoxical nature of Creation.   While it is true that we came into being at conception, it is also true that the very essence of our being -- i.e., our soul -- has lived before in what appear to us as other lifetimes.   The question with respect to have we lived before, or will we survive death, can only be understood from the perspective of to what degree we can manifest our soul, which is our true self.

The Reality of Science Fiction: Reality can perhaps best be envisioned by injecting a little science fiction into the equation.   From an X-Files perspective, if we were born into this world as a reflection and image of our pre-existent soul, and an alien being in the manner of a body-snatcher took over our life -- displacing and suppressing the person we truly are with a foreign personality -- when the body dies, and the alien is released, how much of our life did we actually live during the time when our true nature was suppressed -- when we existed in a sort of coma -- and some other being used our body in our absence?   The truth of the matter would be that we were robbed of our life because the genuine person we were was suppressed -- existing only in a state of suspended animation -- while an alien being walked in us -- talked in us -- and used our opportunity of life for their own purposes.

I understand that what is being portrayed in this analogy is not a pretty picture.   The predicament is that our whole perception of life is flawed because it is based upon a quasi-Darwinist vision of creation.   The problem that confronts each of us is seen in the fact that, because we have begun our understanding of life on the wrong philosophical foundation, everything we build upon our philosophy is equally defective and flawed.   We therefore reject the words of Jesus, and think of ourselves as being alive, rather than dead.   It is difficult for us to embrace the reality that the person we have come to be is not genuine -- that in becoming part of our culture, we have in fact made ourselves an alien to our very own souls -- and since we exist as little more than a shadow of our real selves -- a phantom-being who exists as part of the present cultural landscape with only a hint of the being we truly are by virtue of the tinting of the personality that we have come to be -- the emerging self-portrait is not the image of ourselves that we wish to view.  

We say that God loves us, so we will be saved.   Yet, many mothers rejoice when they conceive -- they love the child that they feel growing in their womb -- and yet are unable to change the course of events when their fetus fails to properly develop and is spontaneously aborted.   In the same way, if you say you love the Lord and you desire to enter into Life, then the evidence of your love is not in accordance with what you say -- but rather, your willingness to live and develop your life in accordance with the Word in order that you might be born into the next world.

Only when we begin to envision the existence of our pre-existent soul and spiritual nature, are we able to embrace the words of Jesus when he commanded that we must be in the world and not of it.   Only when we comprehend that our physical body is a vessel that manifests the presence of our soul and spirit in this world, can we even begin to fulfill the Gospel message in our lives.   Only when we begin to grasp the fact that when we permit ourselves to become a part of the temporal culture of this world -- a person born in the very limited consciousness of the timeframe in which we are presently living -- a being who has been led into the very pit of what is spurious through our adoption and adherence to a political philosophy that has no place in the true reality of Creation -- are we able to embrace what is genuine and real.   From a biblical perspective, the result of embracing the philosophy of this world is an acknowledgment of the fact that we have permitted ourselves to become a mortal creature who has been so immersed in the mindset and false thinking of the timeframe in which we presently live, that we have been molded and reformed into an alien in relation to who we truly are at the essence of our being.   Listen to the true prophets of this world -- i.e., the Atheists -- and know that if you have any part of their philosophy or lifestyle, then you will cease to exist when your opportunity in this life has come to an end.

We can see the great flaw of the doctrines of the Atheist-prophets imbued in our present-day cultural thinking -- i.e., their philosophy is founded upon the premise that we came into existence at birth, that we are nothing more than what we perceive with our physical eyes and senses, and we are a physical being who originated in this world.   The Apostle warns us that they are blind to man’s higher reality, and their wisdom is foolishness!   Moreover, their very limited wisdom was foolishness in the day of the Apostle, and remains foolishness to this very day.   It is not that the philosopher’s of this world became more wise -- but rather, that Christians have permitted themselves to become totally alienated from the spiritual wisdom of the scriptures.

It is not until we begin to perceive ourselves as spiritual beings who are projected into this realm as an image of our pre-existent soul, that we can begin to understand both the core teachings of The Way that Jesus taught, and the obstacles in life that we must overcome.   What we must come to realize is the fact that we cannot alter the original foundational concepts of the New Covenant in order to make these spiritual truths conform to a quasi-Darwinist mindset, and still be called the people of The Way.   It does not work!   There is only One Way -- and that is The Way which was Ordained by the Lord!

The below web sites are written in the name of Allan Cronshaw, which is my birth name in this present life.   The manner in which these other web sites are composed is very different than on this one -- wherein, on these other web sites there is an attempt to document and demonstrate every proof and concept of TheWay using a multitude of resources and biblical verses -- while on this web site there is no other authority than Jacob writing to you as the Brother Of Yeshua who was the leader of the Hebrew/Christian movement of TheWay.   In the recently discovered Gospel of Thomas it is written: (12) The disciples said to Jesus, "We know that you will depart from us. Who is to be our leader?" Jesus said to them, "Wherever you are, you are to go to James the righteous, for whose sake heaven and earth came into being."   So to once again restore the teachings of TheWay which is today known as Christianity, the Lord has sent Jacob/James, the Brother of Yeshua/Jesus, back into the world in order to guide the faithful flock into the Truth, the Light, and the Kingdom within (Luke 17:20-21).   It is there that my brother Yeshua/Jesus awaits you.

The above warning with respect to the predicted corruption of Yeshua's teachings is further stated in the first century writings known today as the Clementine Recognitions where it is written: "Our Lord and Prophet, who hath sent us, declared to us that the wicked one, having disputed with Him forty days, and having prevailed nothing against Him, promised that he would send apostles from amongst his subjects, to deceive.  Wherefore, above all, remember to shun apostle or teacher or prophet who does not first accurately compare his preaching with that of James, who was called the brother of my Lord, and to whom was entrusted to administer the church of the Hebrews in Jerusalem, — and that even though he come to you with witnesses: lest the wickedness which disputed forty days with the Lord, and prevailed nothing, should afterwards, like lightning falling from heaven upon the earth, send a preacher to your injury, as now he has sent Simon upon us, preaching, under pretense of the truth, in the name of the Lord, and sowing error. Wherefore He who hath sent us, said, ‘Many shall come to me in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. By their fruits ye shall know them.’" 

Again it is warned by Clement: "Wherefore observe the greatest caution, that you believe no teacher, unless he bring from Jerusalem the testimonial of James the Lord’s brother, or of whosoever may come after him. For no one, unless he has gone up thither, and there has been approved as a fit and faithful teacher for preaching the word of Christ, — unless, I say, he brings a testimonial thence, is by any means to be received. But let neither prophet nor apostle be looked for by you at this time, besides us. For there is one true Prophet, whose words we twelve apostles preach"

As predicted, the ministers of Satan have succeeded in altering the teachings of my brother Yeshua, and continue to lead many into the abyss of darkness.   But have no fear my brothers and sisters, for the teachings of TheWay has been restored so that you might be able to overcome the darkness, and enter the Kingdom of Light within you (Luke 17:20-21).
